Practical Spirituality & Consciousness Coaching Agreement

Before You Begin — A Short Summary

 

This agreement explains the nature of the Practical Spirituality and Consciousness Coaching ( Life Creation) services I offer and the boundaries that apply when we work together.

 

In brief:

 

  • My services may include mediumship, intuitive insights into the past, present and potential future, channelled messages and guidance, practical spirituality, and Life Creation Coaching.

  • My work is integrative, so while you may book with a particular focus, sessions may naturally include a combination of these approaches.

  • There are several ways to work with me, including VIP Packages, individual Life Creation Coaching sessions and sessions for returning spiritual clients.

  • Intuitive, mediumistic and channelled information is subjective and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Information relating to the future represents potential possibilities rather than guaranteed or predetermined outcomes. As we are powerful creators, it is possible to change the future through what we are perceiving, selecting and creating.

  • Life Creation Coaching explores consciousness and conscious reality creation. Individual experiences vary and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Although I have professional qualifications and extensive experience as a therapist and social worker, I am not acting as your therapist or social worker when providing these services.

  • You remain responsible for how you interpret or use information received during our work together and for your own choices, decisions and actions.

  • I have exclusion criteria, including current domestic or relationship abuse and current or historical criminal matters. These boundaries are necessary to protect my own psychological wellbeing following many years of professional work involving complex and traumatic circumstances.

  • If circumstances arise that fall outside the scope of these services, I may need to pause or discontinue our work together.

My Practical Spirituality and Consciousness Coaching services provide a space for spiritual exploration, intuitive insight, personal awareness and conscious reality creation.

 

About the Services

 

Practical Spirituality and Consciousness Coaching may include:

 

  • Mediumship — receiving and sharing information and messages perceived through connection with those who have passed.

  • Intuitive Insight — intuitive insights relating to your past, present and potential future.

  • Channelled Messages and Guidance — spiritual insights, messages and perspectives received intuitively.

  • Practical Spirituality — exploring spiritual principles and perspectives and how these may be understood and applied within everyday life.

  • Life Creation Coaching — exploring consciousness, awareness, beliefs and intention, and how these can be used to consciously participate in creating change and new possibilities within your life.

 

Sessions can be booked with a particular focus. However, my work is integrative, and a session may naturally include a combination of these different approaches.

 

The direction of your session will be guided by your reason for booking, what you would like to explore or receive support around, and what naturally emerges during our time together.

 

You are always encouraged to use your own judgement and discernment in relation to anything discussed or shared during a session. You are free to accept, question, explore further or disregard any information or perspective offered.

 

Types of Services

 

There are several ways you may choose to work with me.

 

VIP Services

 

VIP Services are designed for clients who would like more regular, focused and individualised support.

 

A VIP Package includes:

 

  • four private 1:1 sessions, generally held fortnightly over approximately two months;

  • one personalised meditation, created specifically for you from our work together and your current area of focus;

  • access to exclusive VIP group live sessions while your VIP Package is active, with VIP lives offered at least monthly and potentially more frequently; and

  • ongoing exploration of the areas you would like to work with through Practical Spirituality and Life Creation Coaching.

 

VIP sessions may incorporate Life Creation Coaching, practical spirituality, intuitive insight, mediumship and channelled messages or guidance according to the focus of our work and what naturally arises.

 

VIP group live sessions may include Life Creation Coaching, practical spirituality, spiritual teaching, meditation, channelled guidance, discussion, questions and other relevant practices or content.

 

Your personalised meditation will be developed from our work together and is yours to continue using after your VIP Package has concluded.

 

Once your VIP Package has concluded, you may purchase another VIP Package if you would like to continue working together and a place is available.

 

Life Creation Coaching Sessions

 

A limited number of individual Life Creation Coaching sessions are released approximately one month in advance and are available to book subject to availability.

 

These sessions are for people who would like to explore conscious reality creation, personal awareness and the changes or possibilities they would like to create within their lives without committing to a VIP Package.

 

Life Creation Coaching sessions may also naturally incorporate intuitive insight, channelled guidance, practical spirituality or mediumship where relevant.

 

Returning Spiritual Clients

 

Clients who have previously worked with me may continue to book individual spiritual sessions from time to time.

 

These sessions may include mediumship, intuitive insights relating to the past, present and potential future, channelled messages and guidance, practical spirituality and, where relevant, elements of Life Creation Coaching.

 

Returning spiritual sessions are individual appointments and do not create an ongoing coaching arrangement or include access to VIP services unless otherwise specified.

 

Nature of Intuitive and Spiritual Information

 

Spiritual, intuitive and consciousness-based work is personal and subjective in nature.

 

During a session, I may share intuitive impressions, observations, channelled information, spiritual perspectives or other information that I perceive or receive intuitively.

 

Intuitive and mediumistic information cannot be guaranteed. I cannot guarantee that particular information, people, experiences or communications will arise during a session, nor can I guarantee the accuracy of information received or that a particular future event will occur.

 

Information relating to the future should be understood as insight into a potential future rather than a statement that a particular outcome is certain or predetermined. As we are powerful creators, it is possible to change your future based on what you are perceiving, selecting and creating. This process can be conscious or unconscious. 

 

At times, information may feel immediately meaningful or relevant. At other times, it may not resonate or its meaning may not be immediately clear. You are always free to determine what meaning or value, if any, information has for you.

 

These Services Are Not Therapy or Professional Advice

 

Although I have professional qualifications and extensive experience as a therapist and social worker, the services covered by this agreement are provided as Practical Spirituality and Consciousness Coaching services and not as therapy, counselling or social work services.

 

Participation in these services does not establish a therapist-client or clinical treatment relationship.

 

These services are not a substitute for appropriate medical, mental health, legal, financial or other qualified professional advice.

 

Where concerns arise that require professional assessment, diagnosis, treatment or advice outside the scope of these services, you should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.

 

Life Creation Coaching

 

Life Creation Coaching explores conscious reality creation — how you can work with your awareness, beliefs, attention and intention to consciously participate in creating change and new possibilities within your life.

 

This work may include meditation, visualisation, intention, prayer and other consciousness-based or spiritual practices.

 

While this work is designed to support personal awareness, conscious change and the creation of new possibilities, individual experiences will vary and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

 

When These Services Are Not Appropriate

 

I have established some exclusion criteria for my Practical Spirituality and Consciousness Coaching services.

 

These boundaries are in place both to ensure that the service is appropriate for the person seeking support and to protect my own psychological wellbeing.

 

Prior to offering this work, I spent approximately 30 years working professionally with complex and sometimes traumatic circumstances. As a result of those experiences, there are particular areas that I no longer work with or receive detailed information about.

 

Maintaining these boundaries allows me to protect my own wellbeing and continue offering this work safely and sustainably.

 

I am therefore unable to provide Practical Spirituality and Consciousness Coaching services where the work involves:

 

* current domestic violence, family violence, coercive control or relationship abuse;

* current or historical criminal matters, including criminal offending, allegations, investigations, charges or proceedings;

* circumstances in which significant discussion or disclosure of the above experiences would form part of the session;

* acute mental health crises or circumstances requiring assessment or treatment by an appropriately qualified mental health professional; or

* circumstances that I determine fall outside the scope of the services I provide.

 

If you are unsure whether your circumstances fall within these exclusions, please contact me before booking.

 

You do not need to provide detailed information. A brief description is sufficient for me to determine whether the service is appropriate.

 

If information emerges after booking or during a session that falls within these exclusion criteria, I may need to pause or discontinue the session or ongoing service.

 

If a session is discontinued because information falling within the exclusion criteria emerges after booking, I will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of that session. If a VIP Package is discontinued part-way through for the same reason, I will provide a refund calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused sessions.

 

Your Choices, Decisions and Use of Information

 

You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions at all times.

 

Any intuitive, mediumistic, channelled, spiritual or coaching information shared during a session is provided for your personal consideration, awareness and exploration.

 

You are free to accept, question, explore further or disregard any information or perspective offered.

 

You are responsible for deciding how, or whether, you use or act upon information received during a session. I am not responsible for decisions or actions you choose to take, or for outcomes arising from your interpretation or use of information provided during our work together.

 

You should not make significant medical, mental health, legal, financial, relationship, employment or other major life decisions solely on the basis of intuitive, mediumistic, channelled or spiritual information received during a session.

 

Where a decision involves an area requiring professional expertise, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

 

Under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), any consumer guarantees that apply to these services cannot be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, where liability can lawfully be limited, my liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee relating to services is limited, at my option, to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of re-supply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising out of or in connection with the services. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian law.

 

Emotional Wellbeing

 

Practical Spirituality and Consciousness Coaching is not an emergency or crisis service and is not a substitute for appropriate mental health care.

 

If you are experiencing significant psychological distress, a mental health crisis or concerns about your immediate safety or wellbeing, you must access appropriate emergency or crisis support. This may include calling 000, attending the Emergency Department at your local hospital or, if you reside in Australia, contacting a crisis support service such as **Lifeline on 13 11 14**.

 

 

Confidentiality

 

I respect your privacy and will treat the personal information and experiences you share with me during our work together as confidential.

 

Personal information will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). I will only use your personal information for the purpose of providing the services, unless you consent to another use or disclosure or the use or disclosure is required by law. You may request access to the personal information I hold about you.

 

Record Keeping

 

Practical Spirituality and Consciousness Coaching sessions are not clinical services, and I do not create clinical case notes for individual sessions.

 

Due to the intuitive and channelled nature of the work, information received or communicated during a session may also not be consciously recalled by me once the channelled process or session has concluded.

 

No clinical records are maintained because these are not clinical services. Any personal information retained will be stored securely and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). I will retain booking and payment records as required by Australian taxation law.

 

Recording of Sessions – Audio or Visual

 

A session will only be recorded where this has been agreed upon.

 

Where a recording is provided to you, it is intended for your personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

You agree not to publish, distribute, reproduce, sell or publicly share recordings of sessions without my prior written permission.

 

Communication Between Sessions

 

Sessions do not include ongoing access or support between appointments.

 

Between-session communication is not applicable as this is not an emergency or crisis service, and immediate responses cannot be guaranteed.

 

Appointments and Payment

 

For sessions booked online, payment is required at the time of booking unless another payment arrangement has been agreed in advance.

 

For in-person services, payment may be made at the time of the session.

 

VIP Packages are purchased as a four-session package. The applicable package fee and any available payment arrangements will be provided before purchase.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

 

Where less than the required notice is provided, the full session fee may be forfeited unless exceptional circumstances apply.

 

Terms relating to cancellations, refunds, unused sessions or expiry of VIP Packages will be provided at the time of purchase. VIP Package sessions must be used within 4 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions will not be refunded after the expiry period unless required by applicable law.

 

Refund rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this cancellation policy. Where services have not been provided, or have not been provided with due care and skill as required under the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a refund irrespective of this policy.

 

Continuation of Services

 

I reserve the right to determine whether I am able to commence or continue providing services to an individual client.

 

If at any time I determine that I am unable or do not wish to continue our work together, I may pause or discontinue the service and decline future bookings.

 

Where I discontinue a prepaid service or VIP Package, I will provide a pro-rata refund for any sessions that have been paid for but not yet provided. This does not limit any other rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises in connection with this agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days, either party may refer the dispute to mediation administered by the Resolution Institute (or its successor body). Nothing in this clause prevents a party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief.

 

Agreement

 

By booking, purchasing or participating in Practical Spirituality and Consciousness Coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and understand the nature and limitations of the services being provided.

 

You acknowledge that:

 

* you are voluntarily choosing to participate in Practical Spirituality and Consciousness Coaching;

* the services are not being provided as therapy, counselling or social work services;

* intuitive, mediumistic and channelled information is subjective and cannot be guaranteed;

* information concerning the future represents potential possibilities rather than guaranteed outcomes;

* you remain responsible for how you interpret and use information received;

* you retain responsibility for your own choices, decisions and actions;

* you understand the exclusion criteria outlined in this agreement;

* you will seek appropriately qualified professional advice where necessary; and

* specific outcomes from Life Creation Coaching cannot be guaranteed.
